This long serve board with the striped pattern Folkdräkter is perfect when serving cheese or bread. It works great as a cutting board as well. Folkdräkter is a tribute to the traditional costumes worn in Sweden at festive holidays. The garment is a part of the Swedish folk history and varies in style and colour. Masayoshi Oya has combined the colourful patterns on these costumes with a calligraphy technique from Japan called Syodou or Syuuji. This has resulted in his personal way of drawing striped patterns.
